Privacy

Short version: your shot list is yours, guest photos are stored only so your photographer can see them, and nothing is sold to anyone.

What is collected

• Your shot list. The shots, notes, names, and any photos you upload.
• Your account, if you make one. An email address, so you can come back to your list.
• Basic analytics. Page views and general traffic, to know which pages are useful.

Guest photos

Headshots you upload are stored to be shown on your shot list and its printables. They are not used to train anything, not run through facial recognition, and not shared. Delete a guest and the photo goes with them.

Share links

A share link is an unguessable URL. Anyone with the link can see the list, so treat it the way you'd treat any private link. You can revoke one at any time, which breaks the old URL immediately.

What is never done

• Your data is not sold or rented.
• Your guest list is not shared with vendors, venues, or advertisers.
• There are no ads.

Deleting things

You can delete a list or an account at any time, and deletion is real rather than a flag in a database. Email hello@shotlistplanner.com if you want it done for you.
