Shot List Planner is a free tool provided as-is. Use it to plan your wedding photos.

The service

Shot List Planner is free to use. It's offered without warranty, which in practice means: it's built carefully and hosted on reliable infrastructure, but it is not a guarantee that your photos get taken. Your photographer does that.

Your content

Your shot list, notes, and uploaded photos remain yours. By uploading a photo of someone you confirm you're entitled to do so. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to store or share unlawful content, don't attempt to access other people's lists, and don't scrape or resell the site.

Availability

Reasonable effort goes into keeping the site up, particularly on weekends when weddings happen. There's no formal uptime guarantee. Print your list as a backup — that advice would apply to any tool, including this one.
